Free Maintenance Upgrades
Our new version of EZ-OFFICE 2002 comes
with the ability to automatically update itself over the Internet using the
built in Web Update Wizard. With the click of a button you
can automatically download and install free maintenance releases and bug
fixes from our web site. No more hassling with try to keep your
software up-to-date. Simply, open EZ-OFFICE 2002 and under the File
Menu click on Web Update EZ-OFFICE. This function will check the web for
updates. If a newer version is available, you will be prompted to download and
install the update. After the update is completed, the software will
be up to date with the latest version.
Pay For Technical Support
If you have read the help manual, the FAQ
pages, and emailed for free support and still have not solved your problem, then
you may need technical phone support.
This is our premier technical support option and
gives you access to our highly trained support staff to handle you problem in a
timely one-on-one basis. Cost is $60 per hour of support. We solve
most issues in less than an hour. You will be billed after the service is
rendered.

Upgrading Prior Versions of EZ-OFFICE
If you have a version of EZ-OFFICE prior
to 2002 then you can download our trial version
of EZ-OFFICE 2002 and install it on top of your existing EZ-OFFICE version. The
existing data in the database will be upgraded during installation. Note that once the
trial version
expires your will be required to purchase an unlock code for the updated
software. Upgrading is irreversible and if you have no intention of purchasing
the upgraded version then you should not install the trial version.
