Question 1
I installed the new EZ-Office 2000 and was unable to get to my grievance files. Also, I  tried to open the programs with the EZ-Grievance and EZ-Membership shortcut icons.  When either program opens, I get the old version of the software.

Answer
The new EZ-OFFICE 2000 is a combination of the old EZ-Grievance, EZ-Membership, and EZ-Contact program.  It is all those applications rolled up into one brand new interface that is easier to use and navigate.  This new program is now called EZ-OFFICE 2000.

When I start the new EZ-OFFICE 2000, a login in screen pops up at the beginning.  Can I get rid of it? What's the Password?  How do I change the password?

No, you can not get rid of the login screen.  The default user and password upon installation is "Admin" and "Admin".
