Note on downloading and installing. The EZ-Office 2002 download is a zip file which contains the files need to install the software. Once you download the file to your hard drive, you will need a Zip utility such as WinZip to unzip the files.  If you do not have the WinZip utility, you can download a trial version from www.winzip.com. After you have unzipped the files, run the file called setup.exe to begin the installation of EZ-Office 2002.

Note: This evaluation version of the EZ-OFFICE 2002 is fully functional and simply requires a valid serial number to unlock it.  You can get started right away entering membership and grievance information.  There is a sample member and grievance case to get you started.  You should download the Help file first so that you can use the installation instructions at the beginning of the manual to install the EZ-OFFICE 2002.

You will not loose data once the demo expires. Once purchased you will receive a serial key via phone, fax, or e-mail that will unlock the software.

If you are using a prior version of EZ-Office, you can install this Demo right over the old version without having to uninstall.  In fact you should never uninstall the Old Version of software unless you have completely backed up your data.  Just install over the Old Version.  Your data will not be lost.  The EZ-OFFICE 2002 installation program will upgrade you database and keep all you existing data. 

If you upgrade in this manner, once the Trial Period Expires you will be required to purchase a serial key to unlock the software.  You should not try to reinstall your old version of EZ-OFFICE once the new EZ-OFFICE 2002 expires.
